Return Policy

1) Ordering
Orders can generally be placed 24/7 through our official website at
http://nunamoochie.com. Nunamoochie reserves the right to make its website unavailable for scheduled maintenance.

2) Shipping & Delivery
Nunamoochie currently ships only in the US and primarily using the FedEx. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package will deliver to the respective shipping location. A signature is not requested upon delivery. If a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with a tracking confirmation to track the progress of the shipment.

3) Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Nunamoochie.com. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we invite you to contact us in order to remedy the situation. If you wish to return your order(s) for any reason, please notify us by sending an e-mail to info@nunamoochie.com prior to returning your purchase(s). We will issue you a Return Authorization Number to include with your return.

Any returned goods must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. You may return any regularly priced item for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Sale items, seconds, or other special offer items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, the Return Authorization Form, and the Return Authorization Number. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns unless the item is damaged or defective. If an item is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or offer a full refund including return shipping costs. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged/defective item has been received at our office and processed by our staff. When you contact us for a Return Authorization Number, to expedite issuing of the Return Authorization Number, please give us a description of any damage/defect you find, and, if possible, email us a photo.

We will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund. If they are not in new, unused condition, or we cannot locate the damage or the defect as you described, we reserve the right to offer a partial, rather than a full, refund. In such cases, we do not refund postage costs.

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 48 hours of when the final determination is made with respect to the item. Typically, it takes us about a week from when we receive your returned item to go through the inspection and issue the refund. Depending on how you made your payment, it may also take a few days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account.

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay return shipping.

Only items purchased direct from the Nunamoochie website at
http://nunamoochie.com. are covered by this policy, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.

4) Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused, orders that are returned without prior arrangement, or that are returned with an invalid address, are subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

5) How to Return an Item
A. Prior to mailing your return, please email info@nunamoochie.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

We recommend that you use a mail option that includes tracking of your package. We cannot be responsible for packages that were not delivered to us and we cannot issue refunds/exchanges on such packages.


C. When goods with a Return Authorization number are returned and the original purchase included a complimentary gift or added bonus item - if the complimentary item(s) are not returned with the purchased products - we reserve the right to deduct the retail cost value of the complimentary item(s) which are not returned.

6) Payment Policy
We accept credit cards and PayPal. We can accept your credit card payment by phone. You can also use our online store to pay using your PayPal account or using your credit card with the PayPal gateway. You do not need to have a PayPal account and you do not need to create a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal. Your credit card or your PayPal account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund to either your credit card or PayPal account, as applicable.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your order, your selected delivery method, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have an opportunity to decide whether to finalize your order.
